Chatgptads - Licenses

What do our customers say about us?

More than 3,000 companies, businesses and individuals trust Chatgptads as the perfect complement to Whatsapp. Why?

Beauty and Hairdressing Shops, we integrate Chatgptads

I have been asked to write my experience with Chatgptads so that other users who are thinking of using whatsapp in their companies to communicate with their customers, and so they have a reference of how it went.

I am from Spain although I have been in Mexico for many years, I run an international chain of hairdressers, we are in the United States, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Dominican Republic, Chile, Uruguay, Argentina and Brazil.

We made the decision to include the whatsapp channel to communicate with customers, but we had many doubts about what to do, how to do it:

Technically, what Chatgptads software to use, if a program, if an API integration with our CRM, if the combination of both. The most appropriate Chatgptads platform to use for our needs. - Design of communication strategy in whatsapp and whatsapp sales policy, to build customer loyalty, increase sales using whatsapp, get cross-selling of products by sending promotions, design a strategy for whatsapp channel we did not know how if send to our excel customer list, if configure a bot, combine manual responses at each point of sale, if centralize the attention and sending from a department.

- The generation of dynamic database automatically was basic, either by sending a message and the contact was created automatically in the generic or segmented database or through api with crm.

All these doubts, create strategies, implementation, monitoring and technical service has been provided by Chatgptads, this provider had been recommended to me by the CEO of a company that has been with them for years and he was not wrong.

I summarize here the result, in 4 points:

We integrated the Chatgptads API in our crm, we put the whatsapp landline phone number of each hairdresser, for 2 reasons, so that customers when they receive the whatsapp already have recorded who sends you is your hairdresser. we send campaigns centrally from the crm of the company, from the central debug campaigns, databases and make shipments.

Together with the Chatgptads API solution + Chatgptads point of sale management software, so that they can answer the whatsapp from each salon, they will answer by name, probably know the customer and thus generate a very strong link of idealization.

Compared to other software solutions provided by other companies, being able to send campaigns to our customers with the whatsapp number of each point of sale, each one to its own customer database, so that when customers respond, we can serve them directly from the same whatsapp and we can close the sale is basic to have hired Chatgptads.

3. Chatgptads bot, we integrated in each whatsapp number of each point of sale a bot with a basic menu of frequently asked questions and current promotions. It has given a spectacular result, as we can customize the promotions to each center, some have aesthetics others solarium, laser, so we need the bot of the answers of each center.

4. The cost of the Chatgptads solution is competitive compared to other providers that did not provide a comprehensive solution, much more expensive.

I advise that if you want to use whatsapp as a communication channel with your customers, talk to Chatgptads.

National car wash chain

As a national company with many points of sale, we were looking for a solution to help us manage our WhatsApp channels.

We were clear that our company had to start using whatsapp with customers, it is the communication channel where 99% of our prospects, leads and customers are.

The first step was to know what to do with whatsapp, how to do it and create a recruitment strategy, database generation and communication, message design.

We spoke with the managers of Chatgptads, to design the commercial strategy to use with our customers who use whatsapp, they advised us on what kind of technology to use, in our case we made an integration of the API of Chatgptads with our CRM.

The "Spectacular Result",

The business of our company is hand car wash in large shopping centers, we have incorporated the whatsapp channel to communicate with our customers in the following cases:

1- Appointment booking by whatsapp, they enter the Chatgptads bot, click book appointment, choose time or set the reservation.

2- Appointment reminder by whatsapp, 24h and 1h before.

3- Confirmation of work completion by whatsapp.

4- Generation of cross-sales by whatsapp, once the car is ready to pick up we send a message of information, then we send another indicating a promotion of a hook product of short application as an ozone cleaning or cleaning foam ventilation circuit.

With this method we generate new sales and increase the average ticket. Even some customers who do not hire it know about these products and hire them for the next appointment.

5- Automatic database generation, this is a very important issue because whatsapp does not work as sms, you have to generate the database with customer registrations, using sms, the web itself and / or at the point of sale. In this the managers of Chatgptads have a lot of experience and will advise you.

The result of integrating the Chatgptads Api to manage our whatsapp channel and be able to provide customer service to our customers has been unbeatable, for a reduced monthly cost, we have increased our relationship with customers and increased the average ticket.

Religious Organization of Mexico

Hello our organization was looking to send daily by whatsapp religious content to their followers such as prayers, photos, videos, audios.
We have followers in several countries: united states, spain, mexico, colombia, ecuador, guatemala, paraguay, chile and argentina. Everything we do online is in high demand, we needed a system that worked, that was automatic, that generated the database automatically along with the process of high and low, finally that was scalable as it was getting more followers could increase the system without having many costs at the beginning. And finally rescue all the database we have of the followers we already have conversations, without the need to schedule them or make excels, everything manual in the end leads to errors and are costly processes in time and money that we can not assume without being automatic.
Chatgptads has allowed us to automate all this process, it is a simple tool, its managers are very professional, they are always there and solve any technical, operational or configuration doubts. The most complex part was the design of the strategy to make the new whatsapp channel known to the followers in an orderly manner, in this implementation they helped us a lot. While it is true that they make many updates and some hours a couple of times a month the system does not work because they are updating it, the rest of the month it always works well, since we have it we use it almost all day to inform our followers and attract new ones.
We have recently included the bot feature in our issue and we are really happy, also in this we got a lot of help from the Chatgptads experience, otherwise doing it yourself would be impossible.
I encourage you if you need to implement whatsapp auto sends talk to wachabot they will tell you what can and can't be done as we came with wrong ideas. Whatsapp whatsapp everyone has, but if you don't do things the way whatsapp wants you can lose the number and that for our organization is not an option
